Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) announced the Syllabus and Exam Pattern of Post Graduate Teacher Exam at the official website i.e. www.hpsc.gov.in. HPSC advertised 3069 posts of School Lecturer against advt. no. 18-37/2024.

HPSC PGT Exam Pattern 2024-25 (Advt. No. 18-37/2024)

HPSC advertised 3069 posts of School Lecturer against advt. no. 18-37/2024. The commission is conducting a written test for PGT exam 2024-25. The First Stage Exam (Screening Test) will be based on 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) of Objective Type based on the subject. The Second Stage Exam (Subject Knowledge Test) will be based on Subjective Type Questions of 150 Marks based on the syllabus of the concerned subject. HPSC has not released the exam pattern, question pattern & syllabus for the school lecturer exam officially, but we can get an idea of the exam pattern from the exam already conducted by the commission and the previous years exam pattern. The latest Selection criteria for Post Graduate Teacher recruitment can be checked here through HPSC official website. Though the commission has not yet issued complete school lecturer selection criteria. The selection may be made on the following pattern.

Subjective Type Written Test (Subject Knowledge Test): 150 Marks (the weightage of the written exam will be 87.5 percent)
Interview/Viva-Voc: 12.5 Marks (approximately) (the weightage of the interview will be 12.5 percent)
Total Marks: 100 Marks (approximately)

Written Test (Objective Type): 100 Marks (the weightage of the written exam will be 87.5 percent)
Interview/Viva-Voc: 21.5 Marks (approximately) (the weightage of the interview will be 12.5 percent) (Two times candidates of the number of posts advertised will be called for the interview)
Total Marks: 171.5 Marks (approximately)
