Pay Scale: 35400-112400 Pre-Revised PB-II 9300-34800 + GP 4200
Age: 18-42 Years
Essential Qualification:-
i. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education;
ii) Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET);
iii) Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.
Note 1. Teachers working in privately managed Govt. Aided Schools, recognized schools and Government Schools shall be given age relaxation in upper age limit to the extent of service rendered by them as a teacher subject to a maximum of 5 years and for such working teachers, upper age relaxation certificate from Head of the Institute is mandatory and must be verified by DEO and countersigned by Director of Elementary Education of the concerned State even for CBSE/Central Schools and Navodaya Vidyalaya.
Note 2. A Diploma/Degree course in teacher education recognized by the National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE) only shall be considered. However, in case of Diploma in Education (Special Education) and B. Ed. (Special Education), a course recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) only shall be considered.
Note 3. Candidate possessing higher academic or professional qualification will not be eligible unless he/she possesses the minimum qualification including HTET & experience if any prescribed for the said posts.
Note 4. There will be a relaxation of 5% in B.A./B. Sc./B. Com/Senior Secondary level for Scheduled Caste (SC), Backward Class (BC), other Backward Class (OBC) and Differently abled candidates.
Note 5. 33% posts in each category i.e. General/Open Competition (OC), Scheduled Caste (SC), Backward Class (A) & Backward Class (B), EWS, ESP, Ex-serviceman (ESM) and Person with Disability shall be reserved for women and this reservation shall be horizontal.
Note 6. Certificate of HTET/STET conducted by Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani only will be considered.

- General > Male/Female: 150/- Female of Haryana resident only: 75/-
- SC/BC/SBC/EBPG Candidates of Haryana only > Male: 35/- Female: 18/-
- Physically Handicapped/Ex-Serviceman of Haryana: Nil
*The fee should be deposited through Net banking or e-Challan in any branch of State
Bank of India, State Bank of Patiala, Punjab National Bank and IDBI Bank, etc. available on payment site, after 48 hours of registration of online application form.
Documents to be uploaded with Application Form (MANDATORY)
- Scanned Copy of Essential Academic Qualifications and Matriculation Certificate showing Date of Birth and other relevant details.
- Scanned Copy of SC/BCA/BCB/EWS/ESP/ESM/DESM/DFF/PwD (Person with Disabilities) certificate along with Haryana domicile Certificate issued by a competent authority.
- Scanned copy of Certificate claiming weightage/marks under socio-economic criteria and experience along with Haryana domicile Certificate issued by a competent authority.
- Scanned Photo duly signed by the Candidate.
- Scanned signatures of the Candidate.
- Scanned copy of all documents showing higher qualification, experience, etc. on which basis candidate claim marks.

How to apply
Online applications can be submitted as per the schedule given in the advt. notice. The candidates are strongly advised to apply online well in time without waiting for the last date of submission of online application. The printed copy of the online form with the necessary certification will be brought at the time of the interview/ verification.

19.03.2021: There is bad news for all the candidates who are waiting for JBT Vacancies in the state.
24.06.2020: There is good news for all HTET qualified candidates who are waiting for the recruitment of JBT Teacher posts in Haryana. The State Govt. is going to recruit a new batch of Primary Teachers in the state. The Haryana Govt. has started the process for the recruitment of JBT teachers on the vacant posts. At present there are 5695 vacant posts are available in the Elementary Education Department of Haryana. But the Govt. has sought the latest information of JBT vacant posts in the state. After receiving the information about the total vacant posts, demand will be sent to HSSC. After that HSSC will start the process of JBT Recruitment 2020.

24.06.2020: हरियाणा में JBT शिक्षक पदों की भर्ती का इंतजार कर रहे सभी HTET योग्य (पात्र) उम्मीदवारों के लिए खुशखबरी है। राज्य सरकार राज्य में प्राथमिक शिक्षकों के एक नए बैच की भर्ती करने जा रहा है। हरियाणा सरकार ने रिक्त पदों पर जेबीटी शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है। वर्तमान में हरियाणा के मौलिक शिक्षा विभाग में 5695 रिक्त पद उपलब्ध हैं। लेकिन सरकार ने राज्य में जेबीटी के रिक्त पदों की नवीनतम जानकारी मांगी है। कुल रिक्त पदों के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त करने के बाद, मांग एचएसएससी को भेजी जाएगी। उसके बाद एचएसएससी जेबीटी भर्ती 2020 की प्रक्रिया शुरू करेगा।
