- Viva-Voce : 24 Marks
- Total Marks : 200 Marks

- Socio-Economic Criteria & Experience : 10 Marks
- Total Marks : 100 Marks

HSSC TGT/PGT Exam/Screening Test consists two sections - Section A (75% weightage) & Section B (25% weightage). So, HSSC TGT/PGT Written Exam carries total 90 marks for 90 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) objective in nature and every question carries two marks for each question. This exam pattern is according to new examination scheme of Haryana Staff Selection Commission. There will be no negative marking.
Section A has five portions (75% of 90 marks) of 1. General Awareness 2. Reasoning 3. Maths 4. Science 5. Hindi 6. English 7. Subject.
Section B (25% of 90 marks) is related to History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture etc. of Haryana State.
