DSSSB PGT Result, Marks List, Document Verification 2017-18

The DSSSB declared PGT result, marks list, list of shortlisted candidates for document verification of PGT TIER-II exam 2015 & 2016 for various post codes. PGT Hindi TIER-II Exam 26.06.2016 Marks List and Final Result was declared on 06.10.2017 & 22.12.2017 respectively for post codes (170/14, 169/14, 136/12 & 137/12). DSSSB PGT (TIER-II) Exam. 26.06.2016

The DSSSB hold (Tier-II) Examination for these post codes of PGT on 26 June 2016 as per new examination scheme. TIER-II Exam of these posts was held on 28.06.2015 and further canceled by the board. Fresh dates of DSSSB PGT IER-II Exam 2015-16 was declared by DSSSB on the website of DSSSB i.e. www.dsssb.delhigovt.nic.in. DSSSB PGT TIER-II Admit Card 2016

DSSSB Admit Card for PGT TIER-II Exam 26.06.2016 can be downloaded from 10.06.2016. Candidates for the post codes 136/12, 137/12, 169/14, 170/14, 145/12, 146/12 & 173/14 & 174/14 (PGT Hindi & Physical Education) may collect their admit card from the Board office w.e.f. 10.06.2016 to 25.06.2016.

How to Download e-Admit Card :

The e-Admit Card for the above mentioned post codes of PGTs (Tier-II) Exam 2016 are being uploaded on the official website of DSSSB i.e. www.dsssb.delhigovt.nic.in. and eligible candidates may download their e-admit card w.e.f. 10.06.2016 at 10 a.m. till 25.06.2016 upto 11:59 p.m.

General Instructions for DSSSB PGT TIER-II Exam 26.06.2016

Reporting time for the candidates at the examination centre on the day of exam is between 9.00 A.M. to 10.00 A.M.
No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination centre without Admit Card and without any I.D. proof (in original) any circumstances.
The candidates are required to bring two recent colored passport size photographs (one pasted on Admit Card) , and other handed over to invigilator at the centre allotted to them for verification.

DSSSB PGT TIER-II Exam Scheme 2016

Name of Exam : Two Tier (TIER - II)
Time : 3 Hours
No. of Questions : 200 (MCQ)
Total Marks : 250 (Objective : 200 Marks + Descriptive : 50 Marks)

Exam Pattern : Each question (MCQ) will carry one mark. There will be negative marking and 0.25 marks shall be deducted for each (MCQ) wrong answer.

Note : There is no provision of Re-Evaluation of Answer Sheets/Answer Scripts in the examination conducted by the DSSSB.

DSSSB Minimum Qualifying Marks for TIER-II Exam 2016

General : 40%
OBC : 35%
SC/ST/PH : 30%
Ex-servicemen will be given 5% relaxation in their respective categories subject to a minimum of 30%.

DSSSB Syllabus for PGT TIER-2 Exam 2016

Part-I (MCQ/Objective Type)

Post specific subject related questions: As per the qualification prescribed in the Recruitment Rules for the post. (There will be 200 MCQ of Objective Type carrying 200 Marks (one marks for each question) related to Subject/Qualification).

Part-II (Descriptive)

Essay Writing : Topics on current affairs of National and International interests, culture, society, women empowerment, environment, Relation with neighboring countries, etc.
Letter Writing : Letters on various subjects like request to Registering authorities for issue of birth certificate, marriage registration, to get commercial loan from banks, to get membership from various councils, lodging police complaints, letter to Editor of a newspaper highlighting social evils, letter to Municipal Authorities highlighting various civic issues like road, sanitation, street lights etc.
Expansion of Ideas in English language : Candidate will be required to elaborate their ideas on specific quotes/topics for example, “Everything that glitter is not gold; As you sow, so shall you reap; Once in a blue moon” and on other topics of general interests.

DSSSB Answer Key of PGT TIER-II Exam 2016 & 2015

PGT TIER-II Exam 28.06.2015 Canceled for PGT Hindi & Physical Educaiton

The board had taken this decision due to some fall in the standard of Question Paper (Physical Education) and Question Paper (PGT Hindi) had large number of questions from a book UGC NET Guide.

DSSSB issued a press note on 27.07.2015 regarding representations received from candidates of DSSSB Tier-II Exam 28.06.15 for the post of PGT in Hindi, Political Science, Commerce in GNCTD. These representations primarily allege sourcing of questions from specific guide / websites. Board has taken note of these representations, and examining the same. DSSSB assures the candidates of a just and objective decision in the matter after the consideration of the issues raised.

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) had drawn post codes of PGT TIER-I Exam of 2012 & 2014 and given an opportunity to all such eligible candidates who applied for both post codes of 2012 as well as 2014. These candidates could submit their representations upto 16.06.2015 (3.00 P.M.) at DSSSB Reception Centre. DSSSB will examine these representations and shall take decisions shortly.
