• Acharya (Sanskrit College Cadre) : Fixed Contractual emoluments (21,600/- p.m.)
• Principal, ITI : 10300-34800/- + ` 5000/- (Grade Pay)
• Professor (Technical Edu.) : 37400-67000/- + ` 10,000/- (Grade Pay)
• Lecturer (Technical Edu.) : Contractual emoluments (21,000/- p/m/)

Age : 45 Years and below (for all posts)

Examination Fee

• General Category : Rs. 400/-
• SC/ST/OBC of H.P. : Rs. 100/-
• Ex-Servicemen/Blind./Visually Impaired of H.P. : Nil

Eligibility Criteria for HPPSC Recruitment 2015

• Associate Professor (Forensic Medicine) Class-I (Gazetted) - A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or part-II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act-1956. Holders of educational qualification(s) included in part-II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in subsection (3) of section-13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
• Acharya (Sanskrit College Cadre) Class-I (Gazetted) (on Contract basis) - A good academic record with at least 55 % marks or an equivalent of 55 %, (Wherever the grading system is followed) in Acharya Degree in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from foreign University recognized by the Govt. of India.
• Principal, ITI, Class-I (Gazetted) - Bachelor’s Degree of any Branch of Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized University with at least three years experience in reputed industrial concern or in a training institute.
• Professor (Mechanical Engineering) Class-I (Gazetted)- BE / B. Tech. and ME / M. Tech. in the relevant branch of Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in BE/B. Tech. or ME/M. Tech. and Ph.D. or equivalent in the appropriate discipline
• Professor (Civil Engineering) Class-I (Gazetted) - BE / B. Tech. and ME / M. Tech. in the relevant branch of Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in BE/B. Tech. or ME/M. Tech. and Ph.D. or equivalent in the appropriate discipline
• Professor (Textile Engineering) Class-I (Gazetted) - BE / B. Tech. and ME / M. Tech. in the relevant branch of Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in BE/B. Tech. or ME/M. Tech. and Ph.D. or equivalent in the appropriate discipline
• Professor (Electronics & Tele Communication Engineering) Class-I (Gazetted) - BE / B. Tech. and ME / M. Tech. in the relevant branch of Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in BE/B. Tech. or ME/M. Tech. and Ph.D. or equivalent in the appropriate discipline

Selection Procedure

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview/exam conducted by the commission.
