Andhra Pradesh School Education Department (AP DSE) has released Notification for Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET) 2014-15 cum Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT) 2014-15 for 9061 Posts. The department has invited online applications for AP TET/TRT 2014-15 for the recruitment of 9061 posts from eligible candidates. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for AP TET-TRT 2014-15 from 03 December 2014 to 14 January 2015. Candidates are advised to apply in time without waiting for closure date.

Selection for 9061 posts will be made on the basis of TET Exam Score.
APTET 2014-15 Criteria & Syllabus
Eligibility Criteria for APTET 2014-15
The candidates at the time of applying for APTET 2014-15 should be in possession of the minimum qualifications prescribed for a teacher for I to V classes (Paper-I) and VI to VIII classes (Paper-II) as given in Information Bulletin available at APTET website.
Structure, Content & Syllabus of APTET 2014-15
- There will be total 150 MCQs for each Paper - Paper-I & Paper-II.
- All questions in APTET will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each carrying one mark.
- There will be no negative marking.
- There will be two papers of APTET 2014-15 :
- (i) Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.
- (ii) Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.
- A person who intends to be a teacher for both levels (classes I to V and
- classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both the papers (Paper I and Paper II).
- Duration of Examination will be 2½ hours for each Paper.
