HSTSB had invited online application for recruitment to 160 posts of Assistant Professor for DIETs/BITEs/GETTIs and SCERT - H.E.S.‐II (Group‐B Services) through the website of C-DAC, Mohali i.e. www.recruitment-portal.in. against Advt. No. 3/2014 dated 30.08.2014. But HSTSB has withdrawn this advertisement through DSE, Haryana vide Memo No. 17/14-2013(DIET), dated 06.09.2014 and revised the advertisement as under :

HSTSB has invited online application for recruitment to 402 posts of Assistant Professor for DIETs/BITEs/GETTIs and SCERT - H.E.S.‐II (Group‐B Services) through the website of C-DAC, Mohali i.e. www.recruitment-portal.in The online application can be filled up from 09th September, 2014 upto 29th September, 2014 till 5.00 p.m. thereafter website link will be disabled. The candidates are strongly advised to apply online well in time without waiting for last date of submission of online application. The printed copy of the online form with necessary certification will be brought at the time of interview/ verification.

DETAILS OF POSTS AND QUALIFICATIONS COMMON TO ALL POSTS

Essential Qualification:-

1. Should have qualified National Eligibility Test (NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SLET)/State Eligibility Test (SET);
2. Well conversant in IT skills and should have knowledge of effective use of new technologies as tools for learning;
3. Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard or higher education;
4. Consistent good academic record (See Note-7).

Age          : 18‐42 years, relaxation as given in special instructions.

Pay Scale: Rs.15600‐39100 with a grade pay of Rs. 6000/‐

Fee:

• General Category & DESM/DFF of General Category 500/-
• Scheduled Castes/Backward Classes/Ex-Service Men/Women/ Special Backward Classes/Economically Backward persons in General Castes Category of Haryana State : 125/-
• Physically Handicapped (exempted from fees) Nil

The fee should be deposited in any branch of  State Bank of Patiala 24 hours after registration of online application form with CDAC, Mohali.

Important Instructions

• Note 1. Common qualification in respect of PG Degree from Cat. No. 1 to 21 : Post Graduate in the relevant subject only. it is further clarified that M.A./M. Sc. (Honours) candidate will also be eligibile in terms of above, accordingly.
• Note 2. 3% horizontal reservation in the case of PHC category.
• Note 3. 33% horizontal reservation in each category of women.
• Note 4. If the quota reserved for Ex-servicemen or Backward Classes remains unfilled to that extent due to non-availability of suitable Ex-servicemen or their dependents or non-availability of suitable candidates from Backward Classes there will be 2% reservation of freedom fighter & the children/grand children to that extent.
• Note 5. Professional Training Diploma or Certificate awarded by any State, Board or University other than Haryana Education Department will be recognized only if this Degree or Diploma or Certificate has been recognized by the Haryana Government.
• Note 6. Candidate possessing higher academic or professional qualification will not be eligible unless he possesses the minimum qualifications, experience and other eligibility conditions, if any, prescribed for the said post.
• Note 7. Consistent good academic record means that out of the lower qualifications i.e. Graduation/10+2/Matric etc., than the requisite minimum qualification, one must secure at least 55% marks in one lower examination and 50% marks in the two lower exam. If there are only two lower examinations, then one must secure at least 55% marks in one lower exam and 50% marks in another.
• Note 8. Reservation in Scheduled Caste (SC), Backward Class (A) & Backward Class (B), SBC, EBPGC and Ex-serviceman (ESM) & PHC are only for Haryana State candidates.
• Note 9. Physically Handicapped Candidates means Physically hallenged/Persons with Disabilities.
• Note 10. Candidates applying must ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility conditions on the last date fixed for submission of online application i.e. 29.09.14.

• Note 12. In case of any guidance/information/clarification regarding the online filling of the form the candidate can call at CDAC Mohali helpline Nos. 0172‐6619054 and 0172‐6619055 on all working days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The prescribed essential qualification does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. In the event of number of applications being large scale the Haryana School Teachers Selection Board (HSTSB) may short list the candidates for interview by holding a written examination or on the basis of academic criteria or percentage cut off to be adopted by the Board. The decision of the Board in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of an application, eligibility/suitability of the candidates, mode of, and criteria for selection etc. will be final and binding on the candidates. No inquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
